SQUAD AT GYM NATION

A strength-based class focusing on targeted upper, lower, or full-body workouts. The sessions utilize a variety of equipment including rigs, dumbbells, and bars, alongside functional resistance tools, to enhance muscle growth and endurance in a dynamic, supportive group setting.
SQUAD ENGINE
A cardio-centric workout, leveraging gym cardio machines like treadmills, ski ergs, rowers, and bikes, combined with plyometric exercises, rig workouts, and outdoor run tracks to boost endurance and heart health in an energising and empowering group environment.
SQUAD THROW-DOWN
Blends strength and cardio exercises, using a mix of cardio machines, resistance equipment, and outdoor running. This hybrid workout is designed to enhance overall fitness, combining the benefits of muscular development and cardiovascular endurance in a dynamic group setting.
SQUAD RACE-READY
Race-Ready prepares you for any race or fitness event by enhancing strength and boosting cardio endurance. Suitable for all skill levels, it's an ideal start for newcomers or a strategic tune-up for seasoned athletes, ensuring you're at peak performance when you hit the start line.
